I decided to create another blog to seperate the Islam specific posts from rest of the stuff. I was feeling this need since a long time and finally did this today. Alhamdulillah!
I would also like to clarify that
- I believe in Allah as per Surah Ikhlas and I believe in Him to be free of form, time, space and any kind of physical attributes and limitations.
- I believe that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is His messenger, last of prophets and the best and most perfect in all of His creations. He is also the most beloved by Allah and there is no blessing that can be awarded to anybody but is not awarded to Prophet (SAW) at the higher and better level.
- I am among the muslims who follow the Quran and Sunnah of Prophet (SAW) and then Hanafi School in matters of fiqh.
- I belong to sufi tareeqa of Naqshbandiya and Suhurwardiya and my Murshad/Shaykh in tareeqah is Sarkar Syed Tahir Hasnain RA, son of great Shaykh Sarkar Syed Ali Hussaini RA.
- I disagree with anyone negating the necessity of following one particular school in matters of fiqh for commoners and relying only on their own intellect to understand the Quran and Sunnah and then deciding the right and wrong themselves.
- I also disagree with any group or person or writing or saying that can induce even a fraction of doubt in minds of any muslim or non muslim about the status of our beloved Prophet (SAW) and love for Him as per Islam’s teachings.
- I believe in catagorization of bidah as done and acknowledged by all eminent muslim scholars.
- I believe that not all bid’ahs are evil and not all for hellfire. As per the usool of Sahabah (RA), there are virtuous innovations that are cause of blessings and strengthening our faith.
- I believe that following practices are right and result in blessings: Saying Ya RasulAllah (SAW) Madad, Ya Ali (RA) Madad and Aghisni ya Ghaus-ul-Azam.
- I believe that celebrating Mawlid (Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW)) is an act of great virtue.
