Lams-e-lab-e-Hussain (RA) ko tarsa hai aab rait par.

I remember the last bayan of Muharram that I attended before coming to USA. Before Veer G (brother of our Murshad Pak) presented salam on Ahl-e-Bait (RA), Haider Bhai (son of Veer G) recited this great piece of poetry taking the grief and sorrow in the memories of our beloved Imam RA and his family to another limit. When I listen to it (mobile recording) even today, I can’t help crying. May Allah forgive us all and give us all the true love for Prophet (SAW) and his Ahl-e-Bait (RA).

Aya na aisa koi kabhi shabab rait par
Gulshan-e-Sayyeda (RA) ke thay saarey gulab rait par

Jitne sawal ishq ne Aal-e-Rasul (SAW) se kiyey
Aik ke baad ek diyey saarey jawab rait par

Pyasa Hussain (RA) ko kahoon, itna to be adab nahin
Lams-e-lab-e-Hussain (RA) ko tarsa hai aab rait par

Loh-o-qalam ka shaoor aur dars-e-hayat-e-jawidan
Aal-e-Nabi (SAW) ne likh diya sara nisab rait par

Aal-e-Nabi (SAW) ka kaam tha, Aal-e-Nabi (SAW) hi ker gaye
Koi na likh sakata adeeb aisi kitab rait par

It is true that these couplets are available on internet in video as well as text, however the wording and modifications made here has enhanced the level of respect and beauty of poetry at the same time. Also, I cant imagine anyone reciting it in such an inspiring manner as he did. I thank Allah for relating me to this great family.

Recording that I have is not very clear, but I tried my best to get the right and correct wording. However, there is still a possibility that I might have made a mistake.
